“The Bible is verifiable. It lists rivers, mountains, countries, trees, gardens, and wells that are still there today.” Monte Knudsen

I remembered that statement when I read today’s verse.

Joshua 15:2, “And their south boundary was from the end of the Salt [Dead] Sea, from the bay that faces southward.”

I opened my Bible to the maps in the back. The map shows Judah’s inheritance starting from the south bay of the Dead Sea.

I opened my encyclopedia to the map of Israel and the eastern border goes along the Dead Sea and goes south out of the bay at the same point of the first map.

If you are unsure of who is right in the conflict in the Middle East, just open your Bible and compare the maps.
