2 Kings 9:24, “And Jehu drew his bow with his full strength, and shot Joram between the shoulders, so that the arrow pierced his heart, and he sank in his chariot.” ESV
I woke up at 3:45 am, made a cup of tea, and started my devotions.
I wanted to do it earlier because I plan on playing through the worship songs a few more times before church.
Jehu offered his full strength to the Lord and God directed the arrow to pierce King Joram’s heart.
2 Corinthians 10:4, “The weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds.” ESV
Praise and worship are one of those weapons. When we offer our full strength to worship God, the message pierces the hearts of all who hear it.
