It Takes All of the Grapes in a Cluster

2 Corinthians 6:1, “Working together, with him…” ESV

I have a new song to learn today…

“How Great Thou Art”

I know, I know…that song is 100 years old. I’ve just never played it “honky-tonk piano style.” I am taking notes, (literally), off of another song on YouTube to play what Joe calls “honky-tonk piano style.”

Is it easy? No.

Am I being pressed? Yes…and it’s uncomfortable.

Sunday night at Faith Conference, Ron Jutze had a bowl of grapes. He offered them to a few people on the front row and they each took one.

Then he said that a single grape would never make wine. It takes a cluster of grapes that are pressed together to release the juice that makes wine.

Isaiah 65:8, “…As the new wine is found in the cluster…”

Ron said a cluster means congregation. Do you feel uncomfortable or under pressure when you attend church? We are all being pressed and are out of our comfort zones; but that is when God makes new wine.

God cannot make wine when I whine.
