I just finished a class called, “Crash the Chatterbox” based on a book written by Steven Furtick. I learned:
- History doesn’t define my destiny.
- Satan tries to make what we did, who we are.
- Satan wants us to forget what God wants us to remember, while it reminds us of what God wants us to forget.
Numbers 28:17, “On the fourteenth day of the first month, you must celebrate the Lord’s Passover. On the following day – the fifteenth day of the month – a joyous, seven-day festival will begin, but no bread made with yeast may be eaten.” New Living Translation
“Unleavened bread was a symbol of slavery.” ABC ‘s of the Bible
God wanted them to remember they were no longer slaves! He wanted them to remember his great deliverance from Egypt!
Isaiah 24:14, “Those we served before are dead and gone. Their departed spirits will never return! You attacked them and destroyed them, and they are long forgotten.” New Living Translation
Dear Father God,
Thank You for delivering me. Thank You for taking things in my past and using them to help others who are going through the same things. Thank You for giving me a destiny.
In Jesus Name,
Amen
