“. . . I once ran a credit report on a potential tenant who told me she didn’t think she had any credit rating at all since she never used credit. I had to inform her that her credit was bad because there was a collections filed against her for an overdue library book.” Dk E. on Facebook

My posts the last three days have been about my struggle to pay a credit card company. Each day I was given direction out of Proverbs. I am trying to establish credit in my name and obviously chose the wrong card!

Knowing the system refused to process my payment – again – gave me the right to request a refund of the late charges. They did but left the interest on the late charges on the bill. I wrote a check and put it in the mail. Hopefully, they will be able to process a non-electronic payment. I will have to keep checking.

We run into difficulties randomly. No one is exempt. But when we commit our works to the Lord – He controls the outcome.

Proverbs 16:33,”The lot is cast into the lap, but the whole outcome is of the Lord.” Modern English Version

Proverbs 16:3, “Commit your works to the Lord, and your thoughts will be established.” Modern English Version
