One of my hobbies is Interior Design. I’ve considered buying a textbook to learn the basics. I get discouraged reading decorating blogs. They share what they bought or made to add to their space but they don’t tell you “Why.” I know there are rules and I want to learn them.

That’s why I love today’s verses. They are basic and simple instructions – rules to live by.

Isaiah 33:15-16, “The answer’s simple: Live right, speak the truth, despise exploitation, refuse bribes, reject violence, avoid evil amusements. (16) This is how you raise your standard of living! A safe and stable way to live. A nourishing, satisfying way to live.” The Message
