February 6, 2019: 1 Samuel 25, 26; Psalms 16
I did it again. I sent music to my “Happiness Engineer.” Thank God she has a sense of humor. She thanked me for the chords but informed me she plays the piano not guitar.
I clicked on the link in the email. It took me to the saved work. But when I opened it, it was “Joy to the World!”
I went back to the program. It would not open. My video is floating somewhere in cyberspace. It is not with the videos saved to my laptop.
Psalms 16:2, “I say to God, ‘Be my Lord! Without You, nothing makes sense.’ ” The Message
The “Happiness Engineer” also asked several questions. I went back through my DayTimer to see the date that I wrote the February’s chapters post. I typed it on January 17th and scheduled it for the 25th. It did not have the issues my regular posts had.
I answered all her questions and sent the email. I added a postscript: P.S. I play the piano, too!

I like how David just pours out his heart, angry and hurt. No holding back. Yet he trusts God to take care of him.

My devotional today said, “Get down to the nitty-gritty where you talk honestly about where you’re coming from and what you feel, think, and desire. That’s what being friends with God is all about!”
Why do I talk to all my other friends first?
