We Thank You, God

May 3, 2019: Psalms 75-76; 2 Kings 20; Isaiah 22, 38.

David cut the foam insulation into sections. Using a saw, he cut it off of the wall. He found 3 small cracks next to the windows. But his lunch hour was over and he headed back to work.

Psalms 75:1, “We thank You, God, we thank You – Your Name is our favorite word; Your mighty works are all we talk about.” The Message

After work, he scraped the caulk and glue off of the wall. He caulked the cracks and cleaned up the mess. It could have been much worse.

Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust God from the bottom of your heart; don’t try to figure everything out on your own. (6) Listen for God’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; He’s the one who will keep you on track.” The Message
